Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant is found. No competitive exam is needed, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: BPJEPS
The profile they look for:
- Know the local government setting and city policy issues.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be a good listener.
- Be ready to make proposals and to promote your department.
- Hold the BPJEPS diploma.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Remote work is not possible.
- Category C post, with no management duties.
- The post includes after-school care and supervising pupils excluded from schools.
