Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: BPJEPS ATP or LTP (required)
Experience: Expert level; experience running activities for young people and teenagers.
The profile they look for:
- Must hold the BPJEPS ATP or LTP diploma.
- Experience running activities for young people and teenagers.
- Strong project management and group supervision skills.
- Good command of office and digital tools.
- Good writing and speaking skills.
- A sense of public service and welcoming people.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Only complete applications will be reviewed.
- Category C post, no management duties.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Post vacant from 1 January 2027.
