Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the Adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know hygiene and safety rules
- Be able to suggest and run early learning activities
- Be able to supervise a group of children
- Have active listening, diplomacy and teaching skills
- Be able to work in a team and work independently
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 15 (Closes in 14 days)
Send your application before the deadline, by email to the employer or by post. You can also apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time post (non-full-time), with a working time below 50%.
- Pay: RIFSEEP (IFSE and CIA), CNAS, employer contribution to collective insurance and health cover.
