Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C (Adjoint d'animation).
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Technical skills in activity leading and supervision.
- Knowledge of the rules for childcare for minors.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Able to spot risky behaviour and calm conflicts.
- Organised, independent, responsible and rigorous.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
