Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced candidate.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and computer tools.
- Knowledge of older people and their health issues.
- Ability to adapt to an older public, sometimes vulnerable.
- Animation skills, energy and teamwork.
- Integrity and a sense of public service.
- Discretion and versatility.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 20 (Closes in 21 days)
Apply on the employer's website, linked from the official offer. Applying by post or by email is also possible, according to the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C, social agent grade.
- Remote work not possible.
- No management role.
