Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the post includes an entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BAFD, BPJEPS with direction option, or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- BAFD, BPJEPS with direction option, or an equivalent diploma at least.
- Knowledge of young people aged 11 to 17 and youth animation.
- Skills in animation techniques and project methods.
- Management skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good listening, mediation and organisation skills.
- Driving licence B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
