Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA, CQP, CPJEPS, BPJEPS or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- BAFA, CQP, CPJEPS, BPJEPS or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge of the framework for childcare centres for minors (ACM).
- Knowledge of inclusion and of supporting children with particular needs.
- Ability to manage a group and anticipate conflicts.
- Good knowledge of the educational project and the PEDT.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Post vacant from 08/12/2026.
- Varied hours: early morning, lunch, evening, Wednesdays and holidays.
- Work possible on Saturdays for some events and meetings.
- Travel between the town's school sites. No remote work.
