Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff (contractuels) can apply. An entry-level category C grade allows hiring someone without a competitive exam.

- Be able to talk well with the public and colleagues.
- Spot emergencies and report them to your manager.
- Be discreet, diplomatic and punctual.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
