Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. An entry-level category C grade allows direct hiring without a competitive exam.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Skills in leading and supervising children in activities.
- Observation and active listening skills.
- Knowledge of child protection law.
- Basic knowledge of balanced diet.
- Knowledge of school projects and education missions.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 6 (Closes in 8 days)
Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter by post or by email to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Post vacant from 6 November 2026.
- The contract cannot exceed one year, renewable up to 2 years in total.
- The post is category C, with adjoint d'animation grades.
