Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA, BAPAAT, CAP AEPE or BAFD (ideally)
The profile they look for:
- Ideally hold the BAFA, BAPAAT, CAP AEPE or BAFD.
- Know the educational values of the after-school activity leader job.
- Know the principles of the territorial civil service, such as secularism.
- Be creative, energetic, patient and watchful.
- Enjoy working in a team and with children.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 22 (Closes in 24 days)
Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter by post to the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Annualised working time at 100% or 96%, with split hours.
- 25 days of leave and 2 days for hardship.
