Civil servants and contract staff can apply. You do not need to have passed a competitive exam, because the adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA, or CQP Animateur périscolaire, or CAP Petite Enfance
The profile they look for:
- Know animation techniques and the rules for activities.
- Be able to suggest activities that suit children.
- Have good people skills and an educational approach.
- Be organised, independent and rigorous, and work well in a team.
- Be able to raise the alarm when needed.
- Use computers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 20 (Closes in 22 days)
Apply on the employer's website linked in the offer, or send your file to the town hall by post or by email to the human resources department.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time post.
- Driving licence B preferred.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Category C, adjoint d'animation grade.
