Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted.
The profile they look for:
- A BAFA qualification would be a plus.
- Be proactive and show initiative.
- Work well in a team and respect the chain of command and teachers.
- Suggest varied activities: sport, crafts, environment, history, games.
- Good writing skills and computer skills.
- Understand public service and be able to report on your work.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
