Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A candidate who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply through a contract.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 15 (Closes in 44 days)
Send your CV and cover letter by email to the town hall. The address is given in the offer on the official Choisir le Service Public site.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
