Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted.
The profile they look for:
- Know children and the rules for group childcare for minors.
- Be able to run and supervise activities for children.
- Know hygiene and food safety rules.
- Be able to listen, observe and report to your manager.
- Be responsible, rigorous, energetic and available.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
