Civil servants and contract staff can apply. As this is an entry-level category C grade, a person without a civil service exam can be hired directly.

Diploma: BAFA, CQP périscolaire, BAFD, CPJEPS, CAP petite enfance, or adjoint d'animation grade
The profile they look for:
- Youth activity qualification (BAFA, CQP, BAFD, CPJEPS) or CAP petite enfance
- Or the adjoint d'animation civil service grade
- Like children and be patient
- Good organisation and independence
- Strong manual dexterity
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website or send your cover letter and CV by post to the town hall. For questions, use the recruitment email address given in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
