Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA, CQP périscolaire, BAFD, CPJEPS or CAP petite enfance, or the adjoint d'animation civil service grade.
The profile they look for:
- BAFA, CQP périscolaire, BAFD, CPJEPS or CAP petite enfance diploma.
- Likes children and listens to them.
- Very good manual skills.
- Well organised, independent, patient and discreet.
- Very available, with hours and places that can change.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 17 (Closes in 49 days)
Apply on the employer's site from the official offer. You can also send your cover letter and CV to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The body of the offer also gives a deadline of 17/08/2026. Check the date on the official page.
- Hours and places of work can change with service needs. On-call duty is possible.
- Holidays must be taken outside school holidays.
- Post vacant from 17/09/2026. Category C.
