Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. Direct hiring without a competition is possible, because the entry grade in category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA, BAFD, BPJEPS or DEJEPS
The profile they look for:
- Holds a BAFA, BAFD, BPJEPS or DEJEPS.
- Knowledge of young people and how to build a cycle of activities.
- Ability to supervise leisure activities.
- Good listening skills and ability to talk with the public.
- Takes sustainable development into account in projects.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
