Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the adjoint d'animation rank is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: BPJEPS preferred, or equivalent diploma
The profile they look for:
- BPJEPS diploma preferred, or equivalent
- Good knowledge of young people
- Good command of project methods
- Independence, initiative and organisation skills
- Comfortable with computer tools
- Driving licence (permis B) required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full time, averaged over the year: 32 hours a week in school term, 39 hours during holidays.
- Works Tuesday to Saturday in school term, including Friday evenings.
- Interviews planned for 1 December 2026 (morning).
- Location: Maison des Jeunes de La Plaine-sur-Mer.
