Diploma: BAFA or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- Hold the BAFA or an equivalent qualification.
- Know how to lead groups of children.
- Know how leisure centres work and the safety rules to follow.
- Use appropriate language with children and adults.
- Show teamwork, punctuality and independence.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
