Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced candidates.
The profile they look for:
- Able to analyse the needs of the children and young people.
- Able to design sessions suited to the audience.
- Able to lead group dynamics and talk with the public.
- Knows the rhythm of children and teenagers.
- Able to spot young people in difficulty and report it.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 13 (Closes in 12 days)
Apply on the employer's website, linked from the official offer. You can also send your CV and cover letter to the town hall by email.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
