Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Proven experience required.
The profile they look for:
- Analyse the needs and characteristics of the children and young people.
- Prepare and monitor the budget for activities.
- Supervise leisure activities and adapt them to different groups.
- Listen well and talk easily with the public.
- Spot young people in difficulty and report the situation.
- Raise awareness of environmental respect among children and young people.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 20 (Closes in 19 days)
Apply on the employer's website, from the offer page on Choisir le Service Public. Applications must be sent before 20 November 2026.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
