The profile they look for:
- Hold the BAFA youth leader certificate.
- Be able to design and follow teaching projects.
- Be able to lead activities and adapt them to different groups.
- Be able to listen to and talk with children.
- Be able to spot young people in difficulty and report them.
- Raise children's awareness of protecting the environment.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
