Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can apply, because the grade offered (Adjoint d'animation) is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Confirmed experience.
The profile they look for:
- Analyse the needs of the children and young people you work with.
- Lead leisure activities adapted to each group.
- Plan activity times around children's rhythms.
- Listen well and talk easily with the public.
- Know the characteristics of teenagers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 6 (Closes in 5 days)
Send your CV and cover letter to the town hall, or apply on the employer's website linked from the official offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C job, grade of Adjoint d'animation.
- Remote work is not possible.
