Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced.
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of the children concerned.
- Good people skills and ability to adapt.
- Listening skills and impartiality.
- Conflict management and teaching skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 7 (Closes in 6 days)
Apply on the employer's website. You can also send your CV and cover letter to the Mayor of Buc.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full-time job, 1607 hours per year.
- Between 25 and 35 days of leave per year.
- Hours vary: non-Wednesday days, Wednesdays and school holidays.
- Remote work not possible.
