Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry-level category C grade (adjoint technique).

- Experience in running activities and supervising groups of children or young people.
- Ability to design and adapt educational projects.
- Knowledge of the rhythm and needs of children and teenagers.
- Good listening skills and the ability to talk with the public.

A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
