Civil servants and contract staff can apply. You do not need to have passed a competition, because the post is open at an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Analyse the needs and characteristics of the public
- Supervise leisure activities and adapt them
- Listen well and talk easily with young people
- Spot young people in difficulty and report the situation
- Know the rhythm and needs of teenagers
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 20 (Closes in 19 days)
Apply on the employer's website, from the offer published on Choisir le Service Public.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C, animation assistant grades.
- Post vacant from 1 January 2027.
- A contract staff member may be hired while waiting to recruit a civil servant.
