- Design and run activities suited to different groups.
- Supervise a group and keep members physically and emotionally safe.
- Welcome children, young people and families and build trust.
- Know youth work techniques and the needs of children and young people.
- Good listening skills, autonomy and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
