Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired directly, without a competitive exam, because the post is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Must hold the brevet des collèges (French lower secondary certificate).
Experience: Experienced candidates.
The profile they look for:
- Analyse the needs of the people welcomed.
- Adapt activities to different audiences.
- Prepare and follow the budget for activities.
- Listen well and communicate easily with the public.
- Spot young people in difficulty and report them.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 21 (Closes in 20 days)
Apply on the employer's website listed in the offer, or send your application by post. Applications sent by email are not accepted.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible.
- The post is vacant from 8 January 2027.
- Category C post, grade of adjoint d'animation (assistant leisure officer).
