Civil servants and people who are not civil servants can apply. The grade is adjoint d'animation, an entry grade in category C that allows hiring without a competitive exam.

- Be a good listener and be available.
- Be comfortable with young children.
- Have a sense of organisation and teamwork.
- Be quick to react and adapt in emergencies.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send a CV and a cover letter by email to the town hall, or by post to the Mairie de Florange.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
