Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: BAFA, BAPAAT, CPJEPS, BAC AEPA, BPJEPS or equivalent diploma
The profile they look for:
- Childcare activity diploma: BAFA, BAPAAT, CPJEPS, BAC AEPA, BPJEPS or equivalent
- Good at suggesting ideas, listening and caring for others
- Able to manage groups of children with enthusiasm
- Works well in a team and connects with children, families and colleagues
- BAFD in training or held, strongly advised if needed
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply directly on the town hall website, from the offer published on Choisir le Service Public.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
