Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BPJEPS required, with direction option or BAFD.
Experience: Beginners accepted.
The profile they look for:
- Design activity sessions and materials.
- Talk with parents, children and young people.
- Handle conflicts between children.
- Apply hygiene and safety rules.
- Know how to give first aid.
- Good people skills, team spirit and discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
