Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA or equivalent qualification
Experience: Beginners welcome
The profile they look for:
- Be available and energetic.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Have a sense of public service.
- Be independent, organised and rigorous.
- Have basic first aid knowledge.
- Be able to adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 14 (Closes in 13 days)
Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter by post or by email to the intercommunal council.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence B required.
- Variable hours depending on school holidays or school periods.
- Remote work not possible.
- Category C post.
