Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA or equivalent (wanted)
The profile they look for:
- Teaching knowledge about the target public
- Animation and supervision techniques
- Method to build a cycle of activities
- Knowledge of the rhythm of children and teenagers
- Driving licence B wanted
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 27 (Closes in 26 days)
Apply on the employer's website, using the link in the offer. Address your application to the President of the community of municipalities.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Split working hours depending on the needs of the service.
- Occasional change of posting possible if the service needs it.
- The employer is committed to a quality of working life approach (QVCT).
