Diploma: BAFA or another diploma from the list of the 09/02/2007 order, wanted
Experience: Similar experience in a local authority, ideally
The profile they look for:
- Successful experience in a local authority, BAFA or equivalent diploma wanted.
- Able to follow instructions for the common good.
- Knowledge of child and teenager development.
- Able to work in a team and communicate well.
- Reactive and show a spirit of solidarity.
- Valid driving licence, ideally.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 6 (Closes in 5 days)
Send your application only by postal mail, addressed to the Mayor of the Mairie du Cannet. Write the job title and the offer number in your letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
