- Able to analyse the needs of the groups welcomed
- Able to supervise leisure activities suited to each group
- Able to listen and talk well with the public
- Able to spot young people in difficulty and report them
- Knows the rhythm of children and teenagers
- Able to adapt to the social and cultural diversity of young people
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
