Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can apply, because the entry grade of category C allows direct hiring. Grade: Adjoint d'animation.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA or equivalent (preferred)
The profile they look for:
- Teaching knowledge about the target group
- Animation and supervision techniques
- Method for building a cycle of activities
- Understanding of the rhythm of children and teenagers
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
