Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA or equivalent (preferred)
The profile they look for:
- Educational knowledge about the children served.
- Animation and supervision techniques.
- Method for building a cycle of activities.
- Knowledge of the rhythm of children and teenagers.
- Driving licence B preferred.
- BAFA or equivalent preferred.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 27 (Closes in 26 days)
Apply on the employer's website, through the official offer page. Address your application to the President of the Communauté de communes.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time annualised post, with split hours depending on needs.
- Occasional change of placement possible if the service requires it.
- Benefits: bonus pay scheme, supplementary health cover under conditions, CNAS membership.
- Driving licence B preferred.
