Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA or equivalent (desired)
The profile they look for:
- Educational knowledge of the target group
- Animation and supervision techniques
- Method for building a cycle of activities
- Knowledge of the rhythm of children and teenagers
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 27 (Closes in 26 days)
Apply through the offer page on Choisir le Service Public, on the employer's website. Send your application to the President of the Communauté de communes.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Split hours depending on the needs of the service
- Temporary change of workplace possible if the service needs it
- Driving licence B desired
