Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.

Diploma: BAFA or CAP petite enfance
Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- BAFA or CAP petite enfance (early childhood care).
- Basic civic first aid certificate (PSC1).
- Knowledge of ACM regulations.
- Listen to children while enforcing rules.
- Work well in a team and adapt.
- First aid skills and emergency procedures.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
