Diploma: Full BAFA or equivalent (CAP AEPE, CPJEPS, BPJEPS, etc.)
The profile they look for:
- Full BAFA or equivalent childcare supervision diploma.
- Sense of responsibility, punctuality and seriousness.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Kindness and good listening skills.
- Driving licence B and own vehicle required.
- Experience with children is a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
