Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C.

- Knowledge of child development.
- Knowledge of the rules for group care of minors.
- Sense of responsibility, teamwork and good people skills.
- Energy, creativity and ability to adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
