Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who is not a civil servant can be hired directly for an entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA or BAPAAT diploma (required)

- Hold the BAFA or BAPAAT diploma (required)
- Know youth activity techniques and the rules that apply
- Understand children's rhythm and development
- Design and carry out a project
- Work well in a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 28 (Closes in 29 days)
Apply on the Ville d'Argenteuil website, in the job offers section, or send your CV and cover letter by post to the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C post.
- A contract may be offered if no civil servant application has succeeded.
- Grades open: adjoint d'animation, senior adjoint d'animation (2nd and 1st class).
