The job is open to civil servants (permanent staff) and contract agents. A competitive exam is not required, because the entry grade of category C allows direct hiring.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
