Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly at the adjoint d'animation grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BTS ESF, BTS SP3S, social diploma at bac+2 level, BUT Carrières sociales, DEUST Métiers de l'animation or DEJEPS
Experience: Confirmed, significant experience
The profile they look for:
- Social or early childhood diploma at bac+2 level at least.
- Good skills in office software and accounting tools.
- Able to organise your work and set priorities.
- Able to inform, communicate and write clearly.
- Good listening skills and a caring attitude.
- Able to work in a team and a professional network.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Category C post, adjoint d'animation grade.
