Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C.

- Know the rules for collective children's centres (ACM).
- Know the safety and hygiene rules for ACM.
- Be able to lead and run a team.
- Show initiative, independence and quick reactions.
- Have a team spirit and a sense of public service.
- Be rigorous and adaptable.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 14 (Closes in 17 days)
Send your application by email to the department named in the offer, or by post to the Director General of Services, marked « candidature ne pas ouvrir ».
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Works on Wednesdays and during school holidays.
- Constant contact with children.
- Remote work not possible.
- No management role.
