Civil servants and contract staff can apply. No competitive exam is needed, because the adjoint d'animation grade (category C) allows direct hiring.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA
The profile they look for:
- BAFA holder.
- Ability to adapt and take initiative.
- Knowledge of children.
- Teamwork and a sense of public service.
- Good physical stamina.
- Works independently while respecting authority.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 22 (Closes in 54 days)
Apply on the employer's website, from the official offer page. Send your CV and cover letter to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
