Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BPJEPS (LTP) or equivalent diploma, with a management unit
The profile they look for:
- BPJEPS (LTP) or equivalent, with a management unit.
- Knowledge of current regulations.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, job software).
- Well organised and rigorous.
- Proposes ideas, energetic and quick to react.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 7 (Closes in 40 days)
Send your CV and cover letter to the town hall, or apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
