Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: BAFA or equivalent
Experience: Confirmed experience
The profile they look for:
- Minimum BAFA or equivalent.
- Knowledge of child development and rhythm.
- Leisure activity and group supervision techniques.
- Ability to manage conflicts and group dynamics.
- Teamwork, autonomy and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 9 (Closes in 8 days)
Apply on the employer's website listed in the official offer. The cover letter and CV are to be sent to the town hall as the offer explains.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Post vacant from 1 December 2026.
- Category C, adjoint d'animation grade.
