Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BTS or DUT in computing, or a specialised computing degree (bac+2/3)
Experience: Experienced level. At least 5 years in software development strongly preferred.
The profile they look for:
- Good command of one or two programming languages (Java, C#, Python...)
- Knowledge of software architectures and design principles
- Good command of SQL and database design
- Practice of agile methods (Scrum) and the V-cycle
- Knowledge of testing, continuous integration and security
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
