Open to civil servants (by transfer or secondment) and contract staff. French nationality is required, and the « Très secret » security clearance must be obtained before starting.

Diploma: Master 2 in international relations or geopolitics, ideally in political science
The profile they look for:

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
